We are Johann, born in Orléans in France and
Anna, born in Milan. We got married in Switzerland in 2004. Anna studied at
the Lausanne University and I was working in the kitchens of the Chateau du Martheray in Begnins at the
time owned by Anna's family. It is always owned by the family members of Anna,
the wine-making "Chateau du Martheray"
where they produce very good wines and excellent grappa. Anna worked in travel agency for a few years
and traveled from Egypt to Greenland, from the Maldives to Iceland, from
Ireland to Lapland, from Greece to Spain, etc. As far as I'm concerned, I've been doing the
chef for more than twenty-six years, including ten as personal chef and
private chef in Italy. I started working in France where I was fortunate
enough to cook for so many personalities as singers, registers, actors,
politicians, football players and great chefs like Paul Bocuse. I learned my job in various restaurants in
various French regions. My most significant experience started at the G7 in
Lyon where I was seven years as chef, executive chef and technical
consultant. Always in Lyon, I met the famous chefs who made me dream like
Paul Bocuse, Jean Paul Lacombe and many other renowned chefs of this
wonderful city. Another place that struck me and I stayed in
the heart is Strasbourg in Alsace for its good rustic cuisine and its famous
"late harvest" wines. I've also moved for several months in America
and the French Caribbean. |

just wealthy people, we want it to be accessible to as many people as

Our kitchen is Italian and is based above all
on the high-quality Italian product. Sometimes, it is prepared on traditional
French bases to which we add a touch of modernity both in presentations and
in recipes such as combining heat and cold, sweet and spicy, raw and cooked,
crispy and soft, fish and meat. As a conductor there will always be an
element of the appetizer that you will find in the dessert. We take care of everyone the same way, by the
student who arranges a surprise dinner for his friend, sportsman, singer or
millionaire actor, cook the same products that come from carefully selected
suppliers and farms. I use local fresh seasonal products, which is
why my menus change every season. The proposed cuisine is: colorful, clean,
essential, genuine and fragrant with the right condiments and precise
cooking. The rest is just love and passion for this work we have been doing
since 2007. We'll
