Born in the Châteaux de la Loire region of France,

I developed an interest in cooking first

as a teenager, and later pursued this passion

by becoming executive chef of five restaurants

in Lyon, France, at the age of 26.

In 1998, I had my first experience

with Italian cuisine when I was

entrusted with the management

of a new Italian restaurant in Lyon,

which was very successful right from the start,

earning me the nick-name the ‘VIP chef‘.

•

After my experience in France,

I moved to Switzerland, where I met

my wife Anna, my partner in the kitchen.

•

In 2007, we embarked together

on a home-chef business,

starting at the picturesque Lake Como.

Even today, after more than 15 years,

this is still our profession, thanks to our passion,

willpower and commitment.

•

Our Personal Chef Service has gained notoriety

through numerous collaborations and requests

from all over the world, especially

from Lake Como tourists.
